Operational manual:-

  • Connect to the power and turn on the switch. 220 v – 50 Hz, Please use the single
    phase three socket, the outlet should be a reliable ground protection.
  • Push on the power switch, the power indicator shine means power on.
  • Pressing heating switch and waiting 10 min to heat. No need to turn off the heating
    switch, which is an automatic temperature controller.
  • First put a small amount of raw material for pressing, to test whether the machine
    can be in normal operation. Put the material in the hopper and fine-tune the trim
    hand wheel clockwise turning the hand wheel to not move, rotating around 3600.
  • Press the start button, if any abnormal press. If any foreign body enters the pressing
    chamber, stop the machine and press the reversion button, when the foreign body is
    out of the machine then continue pressing.
  • Press the button when the materials pressing are finished. And let the machine work
    empty for 3-5 minutes. Turn off Machine.

ATTENTION:–

  • Operators must understand the technique and performance of the oil press machine,
    so that can operate independently.
  • Prohibited metal or other hard objects into the pressing chamber. Do not use the
    metal bar to feed the inlet.
  • When pressing the screw shaft jammed, do not troubleshoot, prohibit force to start,
    to avoid damage to parts and other accidents.
  • The oil cake should cool to below 40 deg. So that can be stacked and packaged to
    prevent spontaneous combustion.
  • Prohibit the use of high-power motors to drive the oil press.
  • While the machine is working, the operator shall not leave.

DISASSEMBLE:–

  • Press the reverse button to make the machine swivel back for 30 seconds so that the
    pressing frame and rod can be easily separated.
  • Do remember to put on a glove to disassemble the pressing frame when the
    extraction is just finished. Or let the machine cool down for a while and then
    disassemble.
  • Take out the pressing screw and chamber.

COMMON PROBLEM AND SOLUTION:–

  • If any foreign body enters the pressing chamber.
    Stop the machine and press the reversion button, when the foreign body is out of the
    machine, clean the chamber and screw, and continue pressing.
  • Screw can not take out from the chamber.
    Put it the machine and let the machine idle away 5 minutes.
  • Power off above 30 minutes.
    Stop add material, turn off power and plug. Clear the hopper. When power on,
    continue pressing after heating about 20 minutes. If the oil press machine still cannot
    working normally, the please get out the chamber and screw. After clear them, start
    to press again.

Working Process:-

  • Pressing heating switch “12”, waiting 10 min to heat. No need to turn off the heating switch, which is an automatic temperature controller.
  • First put a small amount of raw material for pressing, to test whether the machine can be normal operation. Put the material in the hopper “2”, fine-tuning the trim hand wheel “3”, clockwise turning hand wheel to not move, rotating around 360 °.
  • Press the start button “15”, if any abnormal press “14”. If any foreign body enters the pressing chamber, stop the machine and press the reversion button “13”, when the foreign body is out of the machine then continue pressing.
  • Press the button “12” when the pressing of the material is finished. And let the machine work empty for 3-5 minutes. Turn off “12” and “14”.

Cleaning Process:–

  • First, shut off the power and power plug, then pressing chamber remains heat, wear cotton heat-protective gloves show as to prevent burns, or wait for more than 30 minutes to let the pressing chamber cools down completely.
  • Press the reverse button to make the machine swivel back for 30 seconds so that the pressing frame and rod can be easily separated.
  • Do remember to put on a glove to disassemble the pressing frame when the extraction is just finished. Or let the machine cool down for a while and then disassemble.
  • Take out the pressing screw and chamber.

Oil Extraction Method:-

Expeller pressing
  • Expeller pressing is the method of extracting oil with a mechanical press rather than utilizing a chemical extraction process. There is no solvent (chemical) residues in oil that have been expeller pressed resulting in a cleaner more pure oil, higher in natural colors and flavors.
  • The process of extraction is the critical quality difference between oils often found in the natural foods marketplace as opposed to mass market or supermarket brands.
  • An expeller press is a screw-type machine, which presses oil seeds through a caged barrel-like cavity. This machine uses friction and continuous pressure from the screw drives to move and compress the seed material. The oil seeps through small openings that do not allow seed fiber solids to pass through.
  • Afterward, the pressed seeds are formed into a hardened cake, which is removed from the machine. The pressure involved in expeller pressing creates heat in the range of 140-210º F (60-99º C).

Cooking Oil:-

How to store the oil:-

  • After putting it at room temperature above 15 °c for one-night oil and thick liquid will separate automatically and it does not need filtering the longer it is placed better the separation effect is after they are completely separated bottle it and put into the fridge or keep it at the room.
  • If incorrectly stored, some types of oil rapidly go rancid and develop an unpleasant flavor. The main factors that cause rancidity (in addition to moisture, bacteria, and enzymes above) are light, heat, air, and some types of metals.
  • To obtain a shelf life of several months, oils should be stored in lightproof, airtight, and moisture-proof containers in a cool place.
  • Tin-coated cans, glazed pottery, colored glass, and certain types of plastics are each suitable when properly sealed.
  • Great care is needed to remove all traces of oil from re-usable containers and to thoroughly dry them before re-filling because any residual moisture or rancid oil on the inside will rapidly spoil fresh oil.
  • The materials used to make processing equipment and containers should not contain copper as it promotes rancidity. Stainless steel, galvanized iron, enameled iron, or aluminum are suitable
