This machine efficiently extracts oil from a variety of seeds, potentially improving both your health by giving you access to fresh, nutritious oils, and your wealth by allowing you to produce your own oil.

   The machine has Thermal Protection in the Motor. So that Machine will Automatic STOP and RESTART.

Product Description:-

This mini commercial oil press machine can extract oil from a variety of seeds, including peanuts, coconuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, walnuts, sunflowers, vegetables, flax seeds, almonds, castor beans, mustard seeds, and more.

  • Durable Motor: The industrial-grade motor can run continuously for up to 4 hours. For optimal performance, we recommend running the machine for 4 hours followed by a 1-hour rest period.
  • High Oil Yield: This machine can extract up to 45% of oil, depending on the type of seed being pressed.
  • User-friendly Design: The machine is easy to operate, clean, move, and store.

Working Process:-

  • Turn on the heating switch and wait for the desired temperature to be displayed on the green digits. The machine will be ready to use when the green and red digits match.
  • Once preheated, add dry ingredients directly into the machine.
  • Press the “Squeezing” switch to begin oil extraction.
  • After extraction, hold down the “Cleanup” switch for over 20 seconds before loosening. This loosens the pressing rod for easier removal and cleaning. Important: Perform this step while the pressing chamber is still warm to prevent residual material from hardening and blocking the rod.
  • If the power cuts out during operation, turn off the machine and unplug it immediately. Once power resumes, preheat the machine for at least 10 minutes before continuing operation.
  • a. Remove the pressing chamber.

    b.Wash the chamber with water and edible detergent.

    c.Unplug the machine and store it in a dry location.
  • The extracted oil will naturally separate from solids after resting overnight at room temperature (above 15°C). Filtering is not necessary.
  • Damp or uneven raw materials may cause them to bridge in the feeding port. Gently nudge the ingredients if this occurs.

Notice:Never put a finger or hard objects such as a metal bar into the entrance to the chamber to stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:–

  • Once the machine has cooled down, turn it off. If it’s required, put on heat-resistant gloves to prevent burns. Additionally, you can wait for the pressing chamber to cool completely for at least thirty minutes.
  • Clear the chamber and pressing rod. After removing the pressing rod, clean it with a cloth or paper towel. Next, give the pressing chamber a last water rinse and cleaning.
  • Make use of the proper cleaning techniques. Steer clear of utilizing strong chemicals such as soda, saltwater, alkali, or acid. Use a knife to carefully scrape off any stubborn residue. Keep in mind that water should only touch the pressing chamber. When putting the machine away, make sure the pressing chamber is completely dry with a towel or hair dryer.
