Operational manual:-

• Oil Press Machine NS-TC 600 is designed for home use. This machine allows you to extract oil from various seeds and nuts, promoting a healthier lifestyle by enabling you to control the quality of your cooking oils. It’s easy to use and built to last, making it a valuable addition to any kitchen.

Product Description:-

•  Multi-functionality: This press extracts oil from a wide variety of seeds, including peanuts, coconuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, walnuts, sunflowers, flax seeds, almonds, castor seeds, mustard seeds, and more.
• Durable Motor: The industrial-grade motor allows for continuous operation for up to 4 hours. However, for optimal performance, we recommend running the machine for 4 hours followed by a 1-hour rest period.
• Efficient Oil Extraction: The machine can extract up to 45% of oil, depending on the type of seed being pressed.
• User-friendly Design: The press is easy to operate, clean, move, and store, making it convenient for home use.

Working Process:-

• Switch on the heating element and wait for the green digital display to reach the desired temperature.
• Once the green and red digits match, indicating the correct temperature, press the start button to activate the machine.
• Add dry ingredients directly into the machine.
• Press the “Squeezing” switch to begin oil extraction.
• After pressing is complete, hold down the “Cleanup” switch for over 20 seconds (without releasing). This loosens the screw for easier removal and cleaning.
  Important: Perform this step while the pressing chamber is still warm. If the chamber cools down before cleaning, leftover residue may harden and block the pressing rod.
• In case of a power outage during operation, turn off the machine and unplug it immediately. Once power resumes, turn on the heating element for at least 10 minutes before restarting the oil extraction process.
• Remove the pressing chamber and wash it thoroughly with water and mild detergent.
• Unplug the machine and store it in a dry location.
• The extracted oil will naturally separate after resting overnight at room temperature (above 15°C). Filtration is not required.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects, such as metal rods, into the chamber opening to push or stir the raw materials.

Cleaning Process:–

• Turn off the machine and wait: Before cleaning, ensure the pressing chamber is cool. Disconnect the power plug and either wait at least 30 minutes for it to cool naturally, or wear heat-resistant gloves to protect yourself.
• Clean the pressing rod and chamber: Remove the pressing rod and wipe it clean with a paper towel or cloth. Then, rinse and clean the pressing chamber itself with water. Avoid using harsh cleaners like acid, alkali, soda, or salt water.
• Dry thoroughly before storing: After cleaning, completely dry the pressing chamber. You can wipe it with a clean cloth or use a hairdryer on a cool setting.

Important: Do not submerge any other parts of the machine in water or other liquids.
